Meet Our President and COO Tony Bartenetti

With decades of experience in business leadership, sales, and operations, Tony has built a reputation for delivering results through a down-to-earth, authentic approach. He is known by clients and colleagues alike for being genuine, solution-focused, and always willing to roll up his sleeves to get things done. Whether leading teams or working directly with clients, he prioritizes listening, collaboration, and integrity. He believes that when you respect people and have a strong work ethic, communication, and follow through, great outcomes follow.
Throughout his career, he has consistently earned recognition for driving performance, fostering long-term client relationships, and leading with positivity and purpose. His background spans client acquisition, team enablement, and continuous process improvement across industries and business sizes. He always keeps his clients’ goals at the forefront and works side-by-side with them to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
Outside of work, he is passionate about coaching youth sports, mentoring, and spending time with family and friends. Whether it’s hiking, attending concerts, or cheering on his favorite teams, he values connection and community. He has been proudly married for over 30 years.
